FROM 1ST JULY, 2015, TECHNICAL GUIDANCE WM3 IMPLEMENTED

From 1st July, 2015 all persons concerned in the production, management or regulation of waste must use Technical Guidance WM3 as their reference manual.  It is a complete source of guidance and includes a full list of LoW (List of Waste) codes.

The guidance requires changes to existing documentation used and also includes significant alterations to what were known as Hazard Codes and are now to be known as Hazardous Properties.  As NOW Solutions offers a fully comprehensive service, our regular customers will notice little difference other than slight changes to the documentation and labeling used.  However, it is very important to ensure that everyone involved in the process of waste disposal is aware of the changes.
